Established in 2009, Eat the Globe has developed a reputation for creating exceptional global multiplatform content featuring food talent and recipes and stories about food, ingredients, people, and culture.
Janice Gabriel, founder of Eat the Globe, is also a working TV producer and can call on her ever-expanding global network of food, travel, and TV talent for Eat the Globe projects. She has worked over the last 15 years with many of the top Michelin chefs in the UK and Europe and has introduced new talent to the TV screen in the UK.
We work in several areas. Creating our own content, TV, and film and supporting other content creators or TV shows with our expert knowledge of East Asian and Southeast Asian food and culture and filming overseas. Janice has lived in Indonesia and also has seven years experience of filming in Korea and working on projects supported by government and stakeholders, so is able to share that experience.
We have a full UK and Europe-wide food industry black book, so we can put together specialist food crews and offer editorial food and travel content to international broadcasters, film, and TV productions.

We also offer training and support to food industry talent internationally, developing chefs, cooks and writers to tell stories about their menus or brands on the TV screen or live at events, and are happy to pass on our experience and expertise, as speakers at food events.
We work with everyone, from luxury hotel brands, educational institutions as well as smaller food festival charities globally and have a specific interest and expertise in supporting local talent and assisting local chefs, cooks and producers to showcase the stories behind their food.
